Bonn Art Museum: Current Exhibitions

The Museum for Painting and Contemporary Art in Bonn with its 9.000 artworks is one of the big museums of contemporary art in Germany. The museum’s building itself is considered an architectural masterpiece that has been created by Axel Schultes. The museum is primarily focused on the set of works of August Macke, the art of the Rhenish Expressionists as well as the collection of German art after 1945.
The following exhibitions are currently available at the Bonn Art Museum:

The museum is part of the “Museumsmeile” in Bonn, which is an ensemble of various museums that are located in close proximity to each other and is also close to the leasure park “RheinAue” as well as the Japanese Garden.
